北京时间11月10日，崔永元转发一位中国网友评论并点名中国农业部，称农业部食堂存有专门的特供基地，从蔬菜到粮食全是有机作物，另有超出国家规定的其他供给品。

10天之后，就在广大中国网友认为崔永元只是单纯的炮轰一下农业部，并无”实锤（实际证据）”时，崔永元随即在”小崔读书会”中表示，”我已经掌握农业部粮食、部长餐厅从不吃转基因，只吃特供的详细资料。正在整理中……”

紧接着，11月22日，崔永元发在微博直接点名”云谷山庄”，详细说明了该山庄的具体位置，称此山庄是农业部的绿化基地。甚至直接喊话中国农业部的各位部长，”咱就不说你们在这里大吃大喝过多少全国各地送来的最好的特产，只想问问各位，你们在这儿吃过一次转基因食品吗？”

似乎是为了让自己的爆料更具真实性，北京时间11月27日晚，崔永元在”小崔读书会”微博发布了一则关于中国农业部食堂的视频，在视频的文字标题显示：张传国和团伙成员刘荣富偷偷向韩长赋送礼，显示的时间则是20140929，10点13分。视频内容显示，一个身着厨师装扮的男子手提礼物，经过厨房并来到后院，疑似将礼物交给某位重要的人。

此视频一出，瞬间吸引了众多中国网友的注意力。而这一举动，也被看成是崔永元正式开始对中国农业部发起”进攻”。到目前为止，面对崔永元的爆料，中国农业部始终没有回应。而如今，崔永元指名道姓爆料农业部部长接受贿赂，不知道农业部是否还会保持缄默。

但可以肯定的是，部分中国民众鉴于之前”范冰冰事件”的影响，认可此次崔永元爆料的真实性，但内心还是有些许的挣扎和困惑。正如一位中国网友留言，”崔永元曝光了中国农业部的后厨，又曝光了农业部的绿化基地，用的是非转基因油，特供等，还曝光了农业部的有机大米。非转基因腐竹等。崔永元两千多万的粉丝，阅读量千万级，始终不见农业部有人辟谣。对于此种爆料，我们信还是不信？我们群众是跟着农业部的口号走，还是跟着的实际行动走呢？”

而针对这番言，崔永元回复到，”因为农业部知道，这只是刚刚开始。”此次，崔永元虽是针对农业部腐败问题，频频”开火”，实则是希望整治混乱的中国转基因问题。

“转基因问题”在中国社会或成”难题”

早在2001年5月23日，中华人民共和国国务院令第304号发布了有关《农业转基因生物安全管理条例》。其后，分别根据于2011年1月8日和颁布的《国务院令关于废止和修改部分行政法规的决定》、以及2017年10月7日颁布的《国务院关于修改部分行政法规的决定》进行了相应的修订。在一定程度上说明了，中国在转基因生物方面给予相应的重视。

而曾任中国水稻所生物工程系第一任系主任王大元认为，相较于国外转基因食品的乱象，中国并没有出现转基因食品乱象。因为目前中国市场上的食品基本没有农业部定义的非法转基因食品。可是，这种说法遭到了崔永元的反驳。根据崔永元多次实地调查，得来的结果与其说法几乎完全背道而驰，以至于在过去一段时间，崔永元一直”炮轰”中国农业部欺瞒民众。

而最近这两天，”基因编辑婴儿”的话题再一次将”转移基因”问题推到社会大众面前。与此同时，崔永元也在微博发文《转基因出孩子》，文章中不仅”炮轰”中国农业部对中国民众欺瞒转基因作物带来的危害，更是提醒中国民众要认清转基因以及基因编辑潜在危害。

纵览文章，崔永元的核心观点在于，科学技术是中性的，但人心分善恶。而科学伦理是保护人类不受科学贩子伤害的栅栏。但遗憾的是，科学伦理对流氓是没有约束力的。不论是转基因还是基因编辑，既不是中国农业的解药，也不会是中国社会发展的核心动力。毕竟，任何一项技术在不确定和未知的情况下被应用时，带给人类的只有未知的恐惧。
